Our 4-Step Design Process

Step 1: Let’s talk about your vision

Please feel free to contact us via phone or email to request a complimentary estimate. We would be happy to visit your property to understand your needs and provide an overview of our services. Additionally, we can present photographs of our previous projects to give you an insight into our work. While we can typically provide a preliminary cost estimate during our meeting, please allow a couple of weeks for a detailed written estimate.

Step 2: Choose your materials

If you’re satisfied with the provided estimate and wish to proceed with our services, we will arrange a follow-up meeting to finalize the contract. This meeting will also allow us to verify measurements and confirm your product selections, enabling us to initiate the ordering of materials. During this meeting, we will also collect a deposit to secure your project on our schedule and facilitate the ordering process.

Step 3: Bringing your vision to life

The project is set to officially commence on the mutually agreed-upon date. Our dedicated team will be onsite and ready to work every day, from Monday through Friday, until the successful completion of all the necessary work. Throughout the entire process, you may find that you wish to implement changes or request additional services as we progress. In such cases, we will promptly provide a detailed change order outlining the specific modifications and any associated costs for your careful consideration and signature.

Step 4: Enjoy your new surroundings

The project is complete! We will conduct a final walk-through to ensure that all work meets your expectations. At that time, we will also process the final payment. We take pride in our work, and if you notice any issues after our departure and full payment has been made, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will promptly address any necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
